Coaching for Individuals

Each chapter of life brings different experiences and challenges.

Looking back, I wish I knew what I know now.

If I’d had a coach and the techniques for managing energy, confidence and staying resilient under pressure, navigating life would have been very different.

These are some of the life stages that were most challenging for me:

  • Getting qualified as a lawyer and realising it wasn’t for me. The challenge was, what to do next?

  • Getting my head around being a wife, Mum, caring for my Dad with dementia and juggling that with a demanding career

  • Working out what type of leader I was in practice. Knowing how to lead in context and still stay true to myself. The differences between leading in a global bank and then a scaling tech unicorn were marked.

  • Handling difficult conversations (daily) with a senior person I didn’t trust, but had to work with

  • Managing the complexities of working at senior levels with influence. Balancing the commercial reality of business decisions with human needs

  • Being brave and setting up my own business

That’s why I do what I do. I’ve had coaching and I know it works. I’ve used the tools and I know they work. I want to share the knowledge I’ve gathered, but also help people find their own path.

Who I work with

I work with executives, partners and senior leaders who are ready to do the work that change requires. You might be stepping into a bigger role and noticing the thing that got you here, won't get you there. Navigating a career or life transition. Working through a difficult stakeholder relationship that's taking up more headspace than it should. Trying to build a team that performs and thrives. Or, you might be quietly wondering whether the life you've built is still the one you want.

My job is to help you step back, see where you are, orientate yourself and make intelligent choices with perspective. The coaching is shaped around you. There's no fixed programme, because no two situations are the same.

So perhaps you’d like help to:

  • Find your thing, or reimagine your career and learn how to manage your energy/stress levels

  • Feel more confident to establish yourself in the phase of your career and life you’re in

  • Really get to know yourself to do the work that matters, be resilient and and stay the course in the role you have

I help people step back to see where you are, orientate yourself and make intelligent choices with perspective.

I share practical techniques that will help you understand how to manage your brain and body together for performance.

The Real Impact of Coaching

Clarity and focus: focus on intentional change and reflective dialogue to track progress

Accountability: regular check‑ins increase follow‑throughand develop awareness

Cognitive reframing: shifting limiting beliefs, spotting patterns and assumptions

Behavioural experimentation: trying new actions and experiences with support

Emotional support: reducing stress, increasing confidence, building strength under pressure

Contextualisation: applying learning directly to the real situations you face

Measurable impact of Physical intelligence coaching using Bodysmart (Physical Intelligence):

  • 102% increase in energy levels

  • 62% increase in brain power, thinking under pressure

  • 40% decrease in feelings associated with burnout

  • 42% reduced stress levels

What I’ve learnt over the years…

I’m a bit of a geek. I’m fascinated about what makes us humans tick.

I’ve loved learning about why we do what we do, what really drives and supports brilliant performance and why we can get trapped in unhelpful patterns over and over again. This is when coaching and the tools you need to reduce stress, build confidence & stay resilient under pressure can really unlock things.

When coaching is offered at the right time, when someone really wants to put in the work and they have a supportive environment to help make the change possible, this can make all the difference.
